Returns Window

We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery date for domestic (India) orders.

Due to the high shipping costs associated with international orders, all international sales are currently final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom/personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return

Send an email to
[Your Support Email]with your Order Number and the reason for your return/exchange (plus photos if the item is damaged). -
If approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
